Other ways I've used my body for money

Here's a list of companies I've worked for as an employee and as a contractor.
Photographer
Fifty Mil Studios
2020~
As the Wedding Photography Studio Fifty Mil grew I was brought in regularly as a Primary & Secondary Wedding Photographer.
Photographer
Kylie Iva Photography
2020~
KIP is a successful event photography company operated by a good colleague of mine. I was brought in as a primary photographer working directly with her clients.
Head Barista
Melbourne Grammar School
2013-2018
I had the opportunity to step into a role at my old school working Saturday mornings to serve bleary eyed parents and producing coffee at a quality incongruous with what you’d expect from a school canteen.
Barista
Monkey Bean Cafe
2016-2017
This was a tough job, working Sunday morning shifts making an extremely high quality product at speed in tandem with another barista. It wasn’t well compensated but between degrees and having just started a business, I needed the work.
Barista/Retail Assistant
Laurent Bakery
2011-2014
My first job ever. As soon as I finished high school I became a barista at my local cafe! I learned a lot about people in the three years I worked at Laurent and I was lucky to work with a diverse group of amazing colleagues.
Assistant Photographer
Infusion Pictures
2011-2013
I was thrown well into the deep end working alongside my now great friend Chris Pennington. As a second shooter I was given a lot of responsibility to help capture the most important days of many couples lives. Everything I learned about being a photographer I owe to this amazing start I had.
Car Washer & Detailer
Muckoff
2014
For a brief stint during Uni I picked up a second job at a car wash off Chapel Street. Spending an entire day crouching to wash other peoples’ Bentleys and Ferraris is a humbling experience.
